And other local springs, wrecks, and dive sites throughout the area.

While tipping your instructor is never required, it is greatly appreciated by our instructors and boat captains for exceptional service and a memorable experience. If you feel your guide went above and beyond, a tip is a wonderful way to show your gratitude for their dedication to your safety and enjoyment.
When you book a dive charter, it's customary industry-wide to tip the captain $10 per tank you use. This is a standard practice to acknowledge the captain's role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable diving experience.
At Scuba Station, we are deeply passionate about protecting our oceans and the incredible marine life that calls them home. As divers, we believe it's our responsibility to be good stewards of the underwater environment. Our commitment includes:
Responsible Diving Practices: We educate our divers on "Leave No Trace" principles, emphasizing proper buoyancy control and minimizing interaction with marine life.
Eco-Friendly Operations: We strive to reduce our environmental footprint in our daily operations, from waste reduction to promoting sustainable choices.
Partnering for Conservation: We actively seek partnerships with eco-friendly organizations and participate in local marine conservation efforts in the Panama City Beach area, such as reef cleanups and habitat protection initiatives. By choosing Scuba Station, you're supporting a business that cares deeply about preserving the beauty of our oceans for generations to come.
Marine Life Preservation
At our core, we are committed to the preservation of marine life. It is an absolute and unwavering rule that we NEVER touch, hold, or bring any type of marine life out of the water. This policy is in place because even the slightest human interaction can cause significant stress, injury, or even death to marine organisms. The delicate balance of the marine ecosystem can be severely disrupted by such actions, leading to long-term harm.
We understand that other "tours" may offer opportunities to interact directly with marine life, but we strongly advise against participating in such activities. These practices, while seemingly innocuous, are actively causing harm to the marine ecosystem. By refraining from direct contact, we contribute to the health and sustainability of our oceans, ensuring that these incredible creatures can thrive in their natural habitat for generations to come. We DO encourage you to bring your underwater cameras to take all the pictures to share with friends and family after your dive.
We don't currently offer direct dive gear sales. However, we're an authorized HOG Scuba dealer and can take special orders for their gear.
If you're looking for something to remember your experience, check out our Scuba Station branded merchandise available in our online ship.
All dive gear we have on hand is currently for rental only.
